One of the most important skills for any designer or creator is how to speak the client's language and present your work to them as a "solution" and not just an art.

In a new workshop on Saturday, March 11 at 1pm, we met at Makanak Office Space – Laurent, Alexandria
To talk about all the details that make a difference in your relationship with the client, starting from the first contact… until the project is completed and you start building a long-term relationship.

The session covered very practical topics:

1. How to prepare yourself well before you follow Proposal
2. Details of important agreements that must be discussed before work
3. What happens after the project is completed?
4. How to make the client a source of continuous opportunities for you, not just a finished job

The workshop was full of real examples and experiences that explain how smart communication with the customer is what transforms him from an interested person… into an ongoing partner.
